Kellie Martin. Martin, a native of the United States is an American television and film actress. She is most famous for her role as Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher as well as Lucy Knight on the series ER. Kellie Martin is best known for her role as the main character on the Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin was born to an employee of a department store and an elementary school teacher. She began acting as a child at the age of seven. her aunt, the nanny of Michael Landon's family, offered to help Martin find a role as an actor on the television show Father Murphy. Following her graduation of Yale University, she took acting seriously and was able to land substantial roles, both on the small and the large screen. Martin, besides acting, she is also an accomplished photographer and dancer. Mother of two daughters and a son, she is also the Lupus representative and promotes awareness about the condition daily since the loss of her sister at 19 years old.
